Release note:

Fixed:
- Airport: could place anywhere a unit
- Quit game: was taking too much time
- Trebuchet: Bonus vs Cities
- Raze a city: did not clean correctly the territory
- AI unit movement: was going too many times to the north
- Starting a new party, the camera was not centered on your unit

New:
- Can delete a saved game
- Can select the time per turn for a multiplayer party
