Release note

Fixed:
- Cannot attack a city with an energy shield
- Some promotions were lost when loading a saved game (ex: Blitz attack)
- Game crashed in some cases
- Music volume not checked when the game starts
- Unit information window shows urban type in construction

New:
- Can enable/disable resources animation in the settings at the main menu. Disabled by default
- Land info window shows urban type
